SiteScape launches SiteScan

SiteScape has announced a new service to advise customers how to achieve maximum results from their investment in SiteScape Enterprise Forum or other collaboration applications.

The company explains that SiteScan is a three- to five-day discovery process designed to objectively review the state of collaboration in any size organization and provide strategic direction in defining, launching and maintaining collaboration programs. The process examines the customer's current collaboration efforts (including those other than SiteScape), governing organization and technical implementation.

Following that, says SiteScape, the consultants discover opportunities for improvement and work with the customer to devise a plan to optimize their collaboration efforts. SiteScan reportedly will help customers with issues such as user-centric customization of the interface, rollout and training of user groups, effective implementation of critical business processes and the establishment of a governing organization to ensure long-term sustainability of their collaboration communities.
