Zycus Integrates with DocuSign

Zycus, a provider of procurement technology, has integrated DocuSign electronic signature and digital transaction management (DTM) into the Zycus iContract platform.

Zycus provides a source-to-pay software suite that includes spend analysis, e-sourcing, contract management, supplier management, financial savings management, project management, request management and procure-to-pay. 

The integration with DocuSign Zycus’ contract lifecycle management solution will help businesses of all sizes to efficiently author, manage, monitor and sign contracts completely digitally. According to the company, the new integration will give businesses greater efficiency in managing the entire contract management process, lower costs, provide increased security and compliance, and a better experience for customers, partners, suppliers and employees.

A streamlined contract management process is increasingly important, and the partnership with  DocuSign will provide greater flexibility within the Zycus iContract platform for customers, according to Kanishka Ghosh, director, product management, Zycus. Documents shared between organizations need to be authenticated in the system and the ability to use electronic signatures enables a reliable, real-time, automated solution, he added.

According to the company, Zycus users will benefit from the features and functionality of DocuSign’s DTM platform and electronic signature solution to make each contract signing process fast, easy and secure.  Contract authors will be able to customize signature blocks at both company and user level;  sequence signers for individual contracts; provide custom placement of the signature block, initials, signature, and full name inside the contract on every page; and replicate the entire signature blocks anywhere in a contract with a click.

DocuSign says its research shows that this type of process automation has a range of benefits, including accelerated contract signings; and the elimination of the requirement to print, fax, scan and overnight paper documents to transact business which reduces expenses.
