Paciolan deploys Oracle Cloud applications to personalize marketing journeys

Ticketing platform provider Paciolan is deploying Oracle Cloud applications to help organizations enhance their engagement with fans.

Founded in 1980, Paciolan is a leader in ticketing, fundraising, marketing, analytics, and technology solutions powering more than 500 live entertainment organizations that sell over 120 million tickets per year.

By using its solutions, Paciolan not only brings its customers’ venues to life by filling it with fans and patrons, but it also helps organizations to engage their fans and patrons to keep them coming back again and again.

Oracle Marketing will power marketing automation for more than 120 of Paciolan’s live entertainment organizations to reimagine the fan experience. 

Paciolan began deploying Oracle Eloqua to its community members in July of 2021. Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation, part of the Oracle Marketing product suite, will enable live event marketers to deliver more rich and personalized communications to fans by integrating Paciolan’s ticketing, fundraising, and attendance data. For example, marketers will be able to send unique offers and messaging to fans about their favorite college teams or live entertainment events based on purchase history, affinity, and preferences. The collaboration between Oracle and Paciolan gives teams and live entertainment venues a solution to automate marketing campaigns based on various business needs to delight fans and drive ticket sales. 

Paciolan will also deploy Oracle Infinity Behavioral Intelligence, which will help personalize fan experiences based on their browsing behavior and integrate into Paciolan’s ecommerce and data solutions. This integration will provide customer insights and browsing history, including high-value page visits, interest in upcoming events, and shopping cart abandonment for specific events. Together, Paciolan’s integrations with Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Infinity will enable marketers to deliver highly personalized marketing campaigns with unique content tailored to each fan’s interests.
