Jump emerges from stealth with a solution for B2B SaaS integration
Jump is emerging from stealth with an AI-native integration system that allows business teams to create custom integrations on demand.
Co-founded by former Fyn CEO Tela Andrews, AWS SDK for Rust (Rusoto) author and Amazon Partner Network (APN) Ambassador Anthony DiMarco, and former Bloomberg Tax Group product marketing director Kareena Macasaet, Jump’s goal is to turn integrations from a roadblock into a growth accelerator, they said.
Andrews, DiMarco, and Macasaet started Jump in 2024 based on their shared understanding of integration issues, not as a technical problem but as a holistic business challenge that spans the executive suite, engineering, sales, and customer success teams. Their mission is to offer a truly universal integration solution that will meet business goals while avoiding the code- and capability-based limitations of existing iPaaS, unified API, and no-code integration products.
“Most integration solutions offer technical efficiency tools targeting engineering teams, but they don’t address the larger issues of customer acquisition, retention, and time to revenue that can make or break a software company, especially at the early stage,” said Andrews. “Jump intends to give SaaS companies the ability to deliver integrations that meet exact customer requirements at deal speed without tearing up their engineering roadmap. That ability will support customer base growth, open up partnership opportunities, and accelerate and simplify revenue recognition.”
Jump is currently working with multiple early customers and generating mid-six-figure revenue.
