Enterprise process automation from HelpSystems

HelpSystems has released the Enterprise Process Automation Suite, which, the company says, brings businesses a unified solution to automate and orchestrate IT and business processes from the server down to the user’s desktop.

The company says managing all automation tasks from a central console gives enterprises greater visibility into the ways in which their business and IT processes work together. Further, it says, the Enterprise Process Automation Suite also gives users cross-platform functionality with the ability to automate and schedule processes across disparate systems from a central interface.

HelpSystems says its unified approach allows businesses to:

• eliminate the need for manual intervention;
• integrate legacy applications with critical processes;
• centralize operations of dependent and cross-platform workflows; and
• build advanced job schedules across Linux, Windows and IBM.
