Armedia and Pentaho become FedRAMP Authorization certified
Armedia announced that its ArkCase platform has achieved Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) authorization—helping government agencies boost efficiency and accelerate case management for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Legal and Investigative Case Management, and other solutions.
Leveraging embedded analytics from Pentaho Data Integration and Pentaho Business Analytics, ArkCase ensures case management data adheres to federal and state regulations is time-consuming and costly for government agencies, according to the company.
ArkCase's built-in automated workflows help standardize case processing by following a well-defined set of steps, streamlining FOIA/Legal and similar requests, and delivering efficiency gains.
The addition of ingrained FedRAMP authorization makes ArkCase a compelling solution for government agencies in the United States.
With its integrated Pentaho Data Integration and Pentaho Business Analytics capabilities, ArkCase makes it easy to generate the set of 32 detailed reports that agencies need to submit to the Department of Justice each year. It also provides predictive analytics to enable agencies to forecast how many FOIA requests they are likely to receive on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
"The ability to accurately report on a case management program is vital to its success: it gives managers insight into where there is room for improvement and helps to demonstrate compliance with industry and government regulations and audits," said Ray Azarm, vice president, enterprise practice at Armedia. "With this new FedRAMP authorization, the ArkCase solution, powered by Pentaho Data Integration and Pentaho Business Analytics software, will help our clients optimize their processes like identify team members who are handling their case load most efficiently, for example, or those who might need more training or support."
In addition to FOIA, Armedia has also developed solutions for several other government and private sector use cases, including legal, investigative, docket management, worker's comp, and more.
