Landbase builds the future of AI-powered GTM with Adauris acquisition
Landbase, the agentic AI company transforming how businesses grow, is announcing the acquisition of Adauris, the company that helps create custom intent signals through content generation. With this acquisition, Landbase expands into AI-native inbound automation, becoming the first platform to unify outbound and inbound within a single place.
Adauris is utilized by B2B companies to identify, engage, and convert high-intent leads through distributed content. Landbase’s acquisition of the company amplifies its commitment to AI GTM, merging Adauris’ content-driven lead generation with GTM-1 Omni— Landbase’s agentic AI model and orchestration engine. This unlocks new signal types that enhance outbound and inbound performance within Landbase, according to the company.
“We’re building the future of GTM: intelligent, connected, and deeply multimodal,” said Daniel Saks, CEO of Landbase. “The Adauris team brings the technical depth and GTM insight to supercharge our inbound roadmap. Together, we’re launching high-impact entry points like signal-based LinkedIn publishing and laying the foundation for AI-powered marketing channels that will complement our existing outbound capabilities.”
This acquisition fits into Landbase's vision for “Vibe AI,” a new software paradigm where, through natural language, users describe what they want, and intelligent, agentic systems transform these queries into tangible, streamlined outcomes. Adauris’ expertise in high-intent signal infrastructure will greatly contribute to Landbase’s AI GTM ambitions, according to the company.
“We joined Landbase because it’s solving a critical market pain point: providing a unified approach to GTM, and combining inbound and outbound into single omni-channel campaigns,” said Logan Underwood, former Adauris CEO and now head of partnerships at Landbase. “We saw the power of Landbase as a customer and a partner, and the impact is undeniable. We couldn’t be more excited to join forces to accelerate the pace of autonomous GTM.”
Beginning with the development of a marketing-facing feature for LinkedIn—which helps GTM teams post signal-based, brand-led content and track real-time buyer engagement directly within Landbase—future updates will expand Landbase’s inbound features with more publishing channels, engagement analytics, and signal-based content automation.
“Everyone wants more visibility, but most teams don’t know what to say or who’s listening,” said Tina Haertel, former Adauris COO and now director of product at Landbase. “This feature makes it easy to publish with purpose and connect content to demand, and it’s just the beginning of Landbase’s inbound roadmap.”
