Archive360 and Neev Data partner to offer improvement in governing operational and legacy ERP system historic data

Archive360, the modern archiving company redefining the role of archiving in enterprise data management, is partnering with Neev Data, a pioneer in application-aware archiving for SAP and other enterprise systems—enabling the combination of Archive360's cloud-native, AI-driven governance platform with Neev's serverless archiving software and SAP-certified connectors.

According to the vendors, this collaboration aims to deliver a single, governed repository for structured ERP records, unstructured documents, and all communication channels.

The partnership addresses a critical challenge facing organizations today: achieving a true "single pane" view of archived data. Most compliance teams must juggle separate tools for SAP and other ERP system content, as well as for email, chat, and other communications, all of which increases costs, complexity and risk.

Archive360's partnership with Neev changes this situation by enabling organizations to extract, normalize, and securely archive SAP data, which makes it searchable and manageable from within SAP, outside SAP, or a combination of both.

Archive360's AI-driven archiving platform enables businesses to decommission legacy systems, which is especially important as customers move to SAP S/4 HANA while still maintaining seamless access to critical historical data.

Neev's modular architecture and SAP-certified connectors enable high-performance data offload without disrupting live environments. By combining the two solutions, IT can eliminate data silos, simplify compliance workflows and reduce the total cost of ownership.

As a result, enterprises gain:

  • Seamless data flow
  • A unified compliance layer
  • A common user experience
  • Trusted, AI-ready data

"In today's environment, organizations need a unified approach to data governance that spans all critical systems," said Vishal Awasthi, CEO at Neev. "Our partnership with Archive360 delivers exactly that, enabling data to flow from SAP systems into a comprehensive compliance framework that covers the entire enterprise data landscape."

Enterprises already using Archive360 can now archive SAP-based operational data to unlock end-to-end compliance in days, rather than months.

Neev's existing SAP clients gain rich email and communications archiving without rip-and-replace of their SAP tools. For organizations evaluating SAP archiving for the first time, IT can deploy a fully unified compliance solution from day one, eliminating the risk of "tool sprawl" and accelerating time-to-value, according to the vendors.

"This partnership represents more than integration," said Archive360 CEO Jerry Caviston. "It's the realization of our vision for comprehensive data governance. We're not just archiving data. Our unified platform governs how organizations ingest, store, access, and derive value from their most critical information assets."
