Verint to acquire ForeSee

Customer engagement vendor Verint Systems has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ForeSee, a cloud voice of the customer (VoC) vendor, serving 50% of the Fortune 500 and 90% of U.S. government executive branch departments.

The acquisition is aimed at helping Verint better address the needs of CX stakeholders inside organizations who seek to transition from channel-centric activities to holistic programs that manage customer interactions in full context across all touchpoints and channels to drive better business outcomes.

Specifically, the acquisition will add ForeSee’s causal modeling, predictive analytics, and benchmarking to Verint’s existing omnichannel VoC portfolio, helping marketing and operational executives who want a unified view of the voice of their customers across digital, voice, surveys, email, chat and social media.

According to Verint, the combination will create a comprehensive omnichannel cloud VoC portfolio, enabling organizations to better measure and understand customer experiences and prioritize the improvements that will have the greatest business impact.

Combining ForeSee’s deep digital domain expertise with Verint’s automation and analytics expertise will accelerate Verint’s cloud VoC technology innovation and squarely address the needs of customers to drive better business outcomes by enhancing the customer experience, said Elan Moriah, president, Customer Engagement Solutions, Verint.
