Information Builders Launches New WebFOCUS Platform for Unlimited Intelligence
Information Builders, a provider of business intelligence (BI), analytics and data management solutions, has released the new WebFOCUS BI and analytics platform, combining ease of use with the solution's proven scalability.

The WebFOCUS Designer enables users to create and manage all analytical assets. Easy-to-use applications, dashboards and infographics can be created with fully responsive templates in minutes before being embedded into portals or third-party applications or deployed standalone.
The WebFOCUS BI Portal also supports the curated delivery and consumption of analytics content that matches specific user needs across the organization. Administrators can manage deployments, access, and presentation of governed BI content for users inside and outside the firewall, which end users can then personalize and customize, or even select to add content created by peers.
Additionally, the new WebFOCUS capabilities include a comprehensive suite of data science functions integrated with WebFOCUS and built on Information Builders' data access and data cleansing tools. In addition to the RStat predictive solution for BI, data modeling, and scoring, WebFOCUS now offers integration with R and Python network systems, models, and statistical functions. AI, machine learning and predictive solutions can be integrated, deployed and consumed by hundreds, even thousands of users
The platform also introduces WebFOCUS Intelligent Objects, enabling users to collaboratively leverage each other's related analytics, and additional new capabilities related to data management, including a new data prep wizard, data write-back functions, big data adapters for Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, and MariaDB, and a new tool for what-if analysis, and sensitivity modeling.
