ayfie Inks Partnership Agreement with Anexsys

ayfie, a provider of a text analytics platform used in a variety of industries and disciplines, has formed a new partnership with legal support and technology service provider, Anexsys.

Partnering with a law firm in the UK, Anexsys will use the ayfie Inspector for Relativity application to focus on contract analytics workflows and provide its e-discovery customers with contractual insights during the M&A diligence process. Using Relativity’s review, workflow, and reporting capabilities, Anexsys will customize the contract review experience to meet the engagement-specific requirements of its clients.

The use of contract analytics and AI has become a larger focus in the legal industry over the last year, according to Rob Crowley, managing director of Anexsys. Working with the ayfie team, he explained, Anexsys created a contract review platform that enables legal teams to filter contract value, expiration dates, and other contract-specific metadata to prioritize high-risk contracts and demote low-risk or expiring contracts.

ayfie’s advanced analytics capabilities will be offered as an on-demand service hosted in Relativity, backed by Anexsys’ eDiscovery consultants.
