ZL Technologies, a provider of e-discovery, compliance, and analytics software, has formed a strategic partnership with TeleMessage, a mobile messaging solutions provider serving Tier 1 mobile operators, enterprises, and government agencies.

The new partnership enables ZL to build upon its unified information governance with mobile capture capabilities.

According to the vendors, emerging regulatory and legal pressures have caused many large organizations to place cellular data management on their roadmaps. The partnership is aimed at helping clients to gain control of this previously unmanaged data, which often contains business and personal information.
