GemSeek Launches TalkAboutIT

GemSeek has introduced TalkAboutIT, a text analytics platform aimed at helping companies unlock the value of customer feedback.

The platform provides a self-serve environment to identify patterns in unstructured text to provide an understanding of what customers care about, and covers more than 15 different languages, including English, Spanish, German, French, Mandarin, Arabic, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, and Polish.

As part of a free beta, the company says, users will get a complete walk-through of the tool as well as guidance with the setting up process for sentiment analysis and categorization (for up to 10 topics).

Key attributes of TalkAboutIT is the ability to analyze unsolicited feedback left by customers via call centers, email, or contact forms; provide insights from answers of open-ended survey questions, as well as from ratings and reviews on sites such as Amazon and Yelp; and evaluate the trends in posts, comments, tweets, and replies on social media.
