The new capabilities allow on-the-go users to view, index, and add notes to project and transaction documentation, simplifying each company’s specific workflow processes for approvers and their colleagues.

Access capabilities have been further enhanced by eliminating VPN connection needs, adding additional web and IntelliChief server-based security. IntelliChief enables user’s direct permission-based access to documents in the IntelliChief repository via mobile devices, whether they are currently being processed in workflow or are stored in an archive.
