SpringCM Announces G|1 Docs Solution for Salesforce

SpringCM, provider of a document and sales contract management solution for Salesforce customers, has introduced G|1 Docs, a cloud document management solution specifically designed for Salesforce customers to allow them to  generate, edit, share, approve, and track files across teams and organizations.

According to the vendor, more than 150,000 companies use Salesforce as their standard for managing customer data, but when it comes to business files, many struggle to manage complex processes with a mix of point solutions including cloud document repositories, such as Box and Dropbox, and enterprise content management systems, such as SharePoint, Documentum, and FileNet.

With native integration to Salesforce, customers can connect Salesforce Einstein insights with SpringCM’s Intelligent Platform utilizing machine learning and natural language processing to connect the dots in business processes for more powerful results, said Antonis Papatsaras, CTO of SpringCM.

G|1 Docs works with any type of business document within the Salesforce environment, and combines the benefits of a centralized, searchable repository with rich document and content management functionality.

The solution enables users to dynamically merge data from Salesforce to build documents that can be shared for approval and signature, and to collaborate on documents with the rest of the team. In addition, pre-approved templates pull relevant data from any source, to help reduce the sales cycle.

In addition, it will be possible to collaborate, categorize, store, and find documents from within Salesforce, aided by tagging and searching functions that let users quickly locate the right document using any device. Automated workflows for document-centric businesses also include review, approve, reject, track activity, compare, audit trail functionality, reducing human error.
