Semantria Text Analytics Platform Now Available on Microsoft Azure

Lexalytics, a provider of cloud and on-premises text analytics solutions, has announced that Semantria, the company’s software-as-a-service, cloud-based text and sentiment analytics platform, is now available on the Azure Cloud, Microsoft's collection of integrated cloud services, including analytics, computing, database, mobile, networking, storage, and web.

According to the Lexalytics, the availability on Azure addresses the need for organizations to process and make sense of the proliferation of unstructured data flowing from sources such as Facebook, Twitter, customer satisfaction surveys, blogs, the news media, and customer service calls. Semantria on Azure, the company says, is targeted at businesses looking to tap into the combination of enterprise-level sentiment analytics from Semantria and the flexibility and scalability offered by the cloud.

With the availability of Semantria on Azure, data scientists, voice of the customer, and customer experience management teams can access natural language processing and analytics, integrated with other Azure cloud services such as Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, to gain deeper insights into what their customers are saying and thinking.
