Integreon and Recommind Partner to Provide Integrated Document Review for the UK and Canada

Industry experts estimate that first-level document review accounts for between 58% and 90% of total litigation costs, and often can be difficult to forecast.

To help reduce that burden, Integreon, a global vendor of outsourced legal, document, business and research support, and Recommind, a provider of advanced analytics software, have formed a partnership to deliver an integrated document review solution targeted at law firm and corporate clients in the UK and Canada

Based on the strict data privacy requirements of these jurisdictions, all review work under the partnership will be performed at Integreon’s secure, managed review centers in the UK, India, and Philippines, or by review teams placed at the client’s preferred location.

The partnership offers clients access to the review experience and multilingual expertise of Integreon in addition to the technical capabilities of Recommind. According to the companies, the efficiencies gained from the integrated service offering of Recommind and Integreon will mean improved cost containment and predictability.

“Integreon and Recommind have been working together for 2 years, and in solidifying our partnership, we are making a mutual commitment to clients,” said Caragh Landry, global head, Onshore Managed Document Review at Integreon. “We will be working even more closely than ever to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience for all their review engagements in the UK and Canada.”

The solution combines Recommind’s analytics and predictive coding technology with Integreon’s Lean Six-Sigma processes and workflows.

“Recommind’s exceptional reputation makes the company a great addition to our technology toolkit for the legal disclosure and review process,” said Jeff Davis, head of Business Development, UK and International, at Integreon. “Our UK and Canadian clients will appreciate the wider range of choices for how and where document review can be performed while respecting data privacy requirements.”
