Large-enterprise social media analytics from Mu Sigma

On the heels of its acquisition of Webfluenz, Mu Sigma has released muWebfluenz E, which combines packaged and customizable algorithms along with premium social media feeds, says Mu Sigma.

The company says muWebfluenz E offers:

  • access to more relevant data, both real-time and historical;
  • categorization and classification of mentions captured through customizable algorithms;
  • analysis of structured and unstructured data; and
  • ability to scale social media analytics efforts.Mu Sigma acquired Webfluenz’s combination of software and custom services in July, and muWebfluenz E is its first social media analytics release since the acquisition.
