Delivering advanced search to clients

LDiscovery, a provider of e-discovery management solutions, has chosen software from Concept Searching to improve findability, records management and classification of content. LDiscovery will embed Concept Searching’s Smart Content Framework into its suite of e-discovery and forensic solutions. The goal is to achieve more effective management of unstructured knowledge for LDiscovery’s clients.

Brian Wolfinger, LDiscovery’s VP of operations and technology, says, “The ability to automatically generate concepts from content allows us to enhance e-discovery and take it to a new level, in areas such as data collection and forensic investigations, early case assessment, ESI processing, Web-based document review and production through trial support. After an evaluation of technologies available, Concept Searching’s technology stack offered us the most comprehensive and scalable solution for our needs.”

According to Concept Searching, the integration of its conceptSearch technology will enable LDiscovery to deliver advanced searching methodologies to provide more accurate datasets for support to law firms, corporations and government agencies.

Concept Searching’s Smart Content is a toolset based on conceptClassifier for SharePoint, which helps mitigate risk, automate processes, manage information, protect privacy and address compliance issues.
