Mark Logic and Empolis partner

Mark Logic and Empolis have inked an OEM partnership agreement that will allow embedding the MarkLogic Server within the components of Empolis' Content Lifecycle Suite, a workflow and translation management platform.

The deal also calls for embedding the server in Empolis' Service Lifecycle Suite, a knowledge management solution designed to enable service representatives to locate the correct response to specific customer questions as quickly as possible. Empolis says its existing and future customers will now be able to leverage the robust capabilities and performance of MarkLogic Server to dynamically assemble and deliver targeted personalized technical documentation, providing just the right amount of information to each user at the time it is needed and in a preferred format, says Empolis.

Mark Logic reports that organizations use its server to unlock the full value of their content by improving how they integrate, enrich and contextualize information to effectively deliver it to the various audiences they serve. Based on its ability to reliably handle huge volumes of both structured and unstructured content--and its highly scalable and expressive query capabilities--MarkLogic Server has enabled Empolis to build sophisticated end-to-end content management and delivery applications, the companies say.
