Observe.AI adds $26 million funding round

Observe.AI has announced the addition of $26 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Scale Venture Partners with participation from Steadview Capital and 01 Advisors, and existing investors, Nexus Venture Partners and Emergent Ventures. This brings the company to a total of $34 million in funds raised since Observe.AI was founded in August 2017 to transform the $300-billion Voice Customer Service market with AI.

Observe.AI is an agent-first voice AI platform empowering call centers to deliver next-generation customer experiences and agent coaching. Built specifically for call centers, the Observe.AI platform analyzes both speech and text to provide businesses with richer customer insights with its proprietary SpeechNLP technology. Observe.AI is trusted used by more than 50 global customers and partners, including Concentrix, Talkdesk, Mitel, Microsoft, Sysco, Employee Bridge, John Paul, GroupOne Auto and many other large enterprises.

In just 9 months, the company said, it has expanded its team from 5 to 45 with offices in both San Francisco and Bangalore. During this time it brought on more than 100 customers, including Tripadvisor, ClearMe, and Root Insurance, who use the company's voice AI platform to monitor quality and compliance across 100% of calls while offering data-driven coaching to agents.

AI was founded in 2017 and its headquarters is in San Francisco with an office in Bangalore. For more information, visit www.observe.ai.
