Spitch.ai update includes seamless virtual assistant integration

A new release to Spitch.ai’s Omnichannel conversational AI platform supplies users with new features like smooth integration with the company’s Virtual Assistant technology via Spitch’s Knowledge Base (KB) and improvement towards Speech Analytics (SA). Spitch.ai, a provider of  B2B and B2C conversational AI solutions, provides solutions that increase efficiency and save costs by decreasing contact center agent interactions, according to the company.

Updates to the program increase conversational support for an array of SA and KB user cases. Spitch’s SA now features advanced reporting and business intelligence tools with accessible UIs using a low code/no code approach in customizable report template builds. The new release also includes multi-party conversation support for conference calls and calls transferred between agents in contact centers, as well as sentiment scoring, diarization, natural language processing (NLP), and summarization aspects. FAQ management becomes easier with Spitch in Knowledge Base, allowing for automatic replies to customer queries, Agent Prompt mode access, calendar prompt generation, and low confidence/probability support for virtual assistants via fuzzy search results.

Spitch promises smooth text bot to voice bot implementation with their “develop once—deploy omni” approach. Since the core functionality is the same in both versions of the VA, users will be able to activate a new channel for their pre-existing system text bot to initiate voice bot features.
