Press Ganey to acquire Forsta to accelerate innovation in the global healthcare experience industry
Press Ganey, a provider of solutions for patient, member, employee, and consumer experience across the healthcare ecosystem, has announced plans to acquire Forsta, a provider of customer experience and market research technology. The transaction is expected to close in the first or second calendar quarter of 2022 and is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
