Crawford Technologies and PossibleNOW collaborate to reduce communications preference friction

Crawford Technologies, a provider of innovative document solutions that streamline, improve, and manage customer communications, is announcing a recent partnership with PossibleNOW, a provider of preference and content management software. This collaboration will combine Crawford Technologies’ enterprise communications processing (ECP) software with PossibleNOW’s consent and preference management platform to propel organizations toward delivering great customer experiences tailored to each customer’s individual wants.

While customer communication is a key component of maintaining an engaged client base, many enterprises struggle to accommodate the unique preferences of each of its customers in regards to communication delivery, according to the companies. Information silos impede the effective delivery of communication preferences between different areas of the business, ultimately failing to give each customer the experience that they desire.

The joint solution from Crawford Technologies and PossibleNOW aims to remediate this challenge, employing advanced preference collection and frictionless document delivery that enables businesses to achieve better customer experiences and reduce communications costs.

“Combining PossibleNOW’s robust consent and preference management platform with Crawford Technologies’ advanced ECP software ensures a seamless customer experience, along with lower-cost digital delivery across the enterprise,” said Scott Frey, CEO of PossibleNOW. “By leveraging the synergy between PossibleNOW and Crawford Technologies, organizations can easily integrate customer preferences throughout the customer journey to ensure that the output of digital communications is tailored to recipients’ desires and delivered through their preferred channels.”

“We are excited to partner with PossibleNOW as it aligns with our mission to make it easy for people to communicate effectively with the organizations with which they do business in a way that is best for them,” said Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies. “Combining the two platforms offers a holistic approach that can be implemented by any organization seeking to improve their eDelivery rates, reduce reliance on print, and mail and provide accessible output that is compliant with all the current laws and regulations.”
