LeapXpert and Carahsoft partner to deliver governed messaging solutions to the public sector

LeapXpert, a leader in Governed Communication Intelligence, and Carahsoft Technology Corp., “The Trusted Government IT Solutions Provider,” are collaborating to bring governed messaging to the Public Sector.

Under the partnership agreement, Carahsoft will serve as LeapXpert’s Master Government Aggregator, making The LeapXpert Communications Platform available to federal, state and local government agencies through Carahsoft’s reseller partners and The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), OMNIA Partners, E&I Cooperative Services Contract, and The Quilt contracts.

According to the companies, government officials increasingly rely on consumer messaging channels, including WhatsApp, Signal, iMessage, and SMS, to communicate with colleagues, constituents, and external stakeholders. Yet many agencies lack the infrastructure needed to capture, govern, and archive these conversations in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) record retention requirements,

The LeapXpert Communications Platform enables secure communication across consumer messaging channels while capturing conversations in real time, allowing organizations to apply policy and governance as communications take place.
