Cleo gives retail suppliers control and intelligence with new Chargeback Prevention solution

Cleo, the pioneer and global leader in supply chain orchestration solutions through its Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) platform, is releasing the latest version of its Chargeback Prevention solution for retail suppliers—now applying agentic workflows to bring fragmented data across systems into a live operational view.

Cleo’s Chargeback Prevention solution enables retail suppliers to actively manage order performance and proactively detect risk while orders are still in flight.  Cleo Integration Cloud uses AI to correlate signals around the order, so teams can work from a live operational picture instead of chasing updates across disconnected systems, the company said.

CIC users get a real-time, AI-powered view of which in-process orders are on-track, which are at-risk, and what actions are needed to ensure fulfillment performance metrics are met before deadlines. The solution empowers users to go from reactive responses to proactive decision-making through notifications, order drill downs, and intuitive scorecards to protect financial metrics, said the vendor.

This release builds on Cleo’s supply chain orchestration capabilities and extends the value of its recently announced Chargeback Prevention solution.

Now, CIC customers can orchestrate multi-enterprise order processes across partners, systems of record, and business document types, Cleo said.
