Context is the key to effective AI. Context is the guidelines and rules of the road that AI needs to execute its given task. It is the new frontier of maturity for AI.
Without context, you will never be an AI-powered business. AI can’t recognize intent or be trusted without surrounding human knowledge, Mangus stressed.
Fragmentation is a core problem blocking AI value because disparate systems fragment context. It causes the following problems:
- Increased risk and compliance exposure from siloed governance
- Escalating IT costs and complexity from a disconnected technology stack
- Unrealized AI value due to limited access to business-critical content
- Worker Inefficiency from fragmented workflows across m365 and other systems
