Stravito adds Deep Research Agent to its AI assistant to hasten insights-based decisions
Stravito, the Insights Intelligence Platform, is upgrading its AI Assistant with Deep Research Agent—delivering answers with the sourcing, depth, and rigor that leaders require before committing to a decision.
According to Stravito, with these new agentic capabilities, users can ask strategic business questions and Stravito AI Assistant autonomously plans multi-step research, analyzes full reports in parallel, and iteratively quality checks its own work before presenting results.
It works exclusively from trusted inputs, including primary and third-party research, ensuring every output is grounded in real business context and built on reliable, high-quality data rather than unverified information from across the web.
The result is synthesized, analyst-depth answers that are fully sourced, citation-backed, and verifiable—so decision-makers can trust what they're acting on. This approach unlocks the value of strategic insights and enables deep, meaningful conversations on complex topics such as corporate strategy, competitive positioning, and growth levers, the company said.
"Many organizations routinely make major decisions without using the intelligence they already own. That's not a technology gap, it's an organizational one. The research exists; it's just trapped in files no one can find fast enough. We've spent years solving that. But we also recognized that AI alone doesn't fix this; AI that can't be verified risks becoming a source of wrong evidence. Deep Research Agent is built to close that gap: delivering answers with the depth, sourcing, and credibility that major commercial decisions require,” said Thor Olof Philogène, founder and CEO of Stravito.
Key capabilities include:
- Autonomously plans multi-step research workflows, interpreting questions, identifying the information required to answer, and breaking it down into sub-queries and search strategies.
- Locates relevant sources across an organization’s knowledge base, applying intelligent filtering based on metadata such as geography, tags, and document attributes.
- Conducts cover-to-cover analysis of full reports in parallel work streams, saving time and applying vision to understand charts, tables, and graphics.
- Iterates and validates insights before responding, cross-checking sources to ensure every answer is verifiable.
- Supports human-AI co-creation through customizable prompts, enabling teams to create tailored prompt libraries adjusted to their workflows.
The announcement follows the recent launch of Stravito AI Personas, which uses a brand’s segmentation research to simulate how real consumers would react to ideas, allowing teams to stress-test concepts before investing and proceed with concepts that win in market, the company said.
The Deep Research Agent upgrade to Stravito AI Assistant will roll out to customers during Q1 2026.
