Mosaicx introduces AI-native CX platform built on 30 years of industry experience

Mosaicx, a pioneer in customer experience, is launching the next era of its Engage product, building on 30 years of CX experience.

Unlike legacy solutions being retrofitted with AI, Engage replaces rigid, intent-based workflows with seamless, adaptive interactions, the company said.
