IntelliChief Improves Documentation Notation in IntelliChief 3.6

IntelliChief, LLC, a provider of automated document management and workflow enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, has announced IntelliChief 3.6. The new release incorporates documentation notation in automated digital document file creation and circulation lifecycle phases, enabling companies to include relevant project and transactional information in each document in workflow or archive.

IntelliChief ECM aims to provide a smooth, automated transition from manual document management and workflow functions. Its automated capture, document management, workflow and analytic visibility capabilities enable users to capture documentation in any format, index contents and validate with data in their enterprise resource planning system and line of business applications.

Key elements of the new release include document capture and creation phase notations which enable information to be added to existing content during capture, prior to its digital document file being created so that related information can be included with each document during paper-to-electronic format conversion. After the digital file has been created, the original contents and supporting notations are contained throughout the document’s lifecycle.

Additional documentation notation may be also be added once the digital document file has been created, in both designated document file fields and on-document highlighted postings, assuring the workflow integrity of updated information as it becomes available. Each user’s annotations accompany other workflow participant’s notes, allowing all updated information to remain with documents throughout lifecycles.
