iManage Acquires Elegrity to Boost Capabilities in Risk Management

iManage is acquiring Elegrity, a provider of risk and compliance management solutions, to broaden its Work Product Management Portfolio.

This acquisition enables iManage Work Product Management to efficiently and comprehensively manage key risk and compliance processes from client intake throughout the client and matter lifecycle.

Elegrity has gained market and thought leadership for its industry-leading solutions for managing conflicts of interest, new business intake, and other key risk mitigation processes in law firms.

iManage brings complementary skills and infrastructure to enhance Elegrity’s software applications and accelerate its growth.

iManage and Elegrity clients can expect to benefit from:
