eGain Instant Answers eases knowledge search pains

eGain Corporation, provider of the leading knowledge platform for enterprises, is launching the general availability of eGain Instant Answers, an enterprise knowledge experience that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to locate relevant answers from organizational knowledge bases.

Equipped with generative AI fueled by LLMs, eGain Instant Answers uncovers contextual answers tuned to enterprise-specific content. The solution aims to alleviate long and tedious knowledge searches, as well as removing the responsibility of long-form content curation on behalf of knowledge authors. eGain Instant Answers simplifies the search experience for both users searching for information and the knowledge managers curating it, according to the vendor.

eGain Instant Answers is integrable with other generative AI technologies, including ChatGPT, which will be leveraged for its conversational assistance within contact centers during chat and email interactions. The suggestions made by ChatGPT are optional; they can be edited by the agent to more effectively engage with customers.
