Visioneer Launches Intelligent Capture Services Program
To address organizations’ need to improve their workflow and maximize the benefits of paperless office procedures, Visioneer is introducing a new customer service program that, it says, will help organizations make a streamlined transition to high-volume document scanning.
Dubbed the Intelligent Capture Services (ICS), the new training and office productivity program is aimed at firms that need to do their own scanning in-house, including law firms, healthcare organizations, governmental agencies, financial services organizations, transportation and logistics firms and universities, and other organizations that, for cost, logistical reasons or privacy concerns, can’t outsource their scanning. These organizations don’t want to physically store, or have to move documents around so they must be digitized.
“Optimizing workflow is how companies get the most value from an in-house scanning solution,” said Jim Tamo, senior vice president, Global Sales and Marketing for Visioneer, a provider of business scanning solutions. “Through the years, we’ve acquired enormous hands-on experience helping companies get up to speed on scanning. We’ve distilled and formalized our experience into Intelligent Capture Services.”
According to Tamo, the new program is targeted at helping these companies get up to speed quickly, avoid pitfalls, and also improve compliance across their organizations.
Visioneer Intelligent Capture Services will be provided to customers through channel partners, including office products and technology resellers.
