Upland Software streamlines cloud products into seven cloud solution suites

Upland Software, Inc., a provider of cloud-based enterprise work management software, is organizing its cloud software products into seven focused enterprise cloud solution suites, enabling Upland to deliver more value to its 9,000 global customers.

Upland’s seven new enterprise solution suites are: Customer Experience Management, Enterprise Sales Enablement, Professional Services Automation, Project & Financial Management, Document Lifecycle Automation, Secure Document Services and Enterprise Knowledge Management.

Each solution suite is comprised of multiple purpose-built cloud solutions that can be offered individually or bundled together.

Upland will continue to buy, build, and partner to expand these suites with the relevant functionality that customers require.

This move to suite-focused offerings is a new product and go-to-market strategy for Upland that represents the next logical step in its mission to become the world’s leading cloud-based enterprise work management software provider, said Jack McDonald, Upland’s chairman and chief executive officer.

By aligning the product and solution offerings around these seven cloud solution suites, Upland is making it easier and more cost-effective for software users to extract the full power and value of the offerings to address mission critical business challenges, McDonald said.

Supporting the new enterprise solution suites is UplandOne, Upland’s operating platform that provides the foundation for delivering customer success and offers a seamless experience across all Upland solution suites.

The UplandOne platform provides a common UI/UX, integrated analytics, 24x7x365 global support, expert professional services, and an enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
