SYSPRO and SugarCRM partner to deliver an integrated ERP and CRM solution
SYSPRO, a global provider of industry-built enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and SugarCRM, the provider of the award-winning AI-driven CRM platform, are announcing their recent partnership aimed at offering mid-market manufacturers and distributors a tightly integrated ERP and CRM solution for improved operational efficiency.
Designed to keep front and back offices aligned, the joint offering from SYSPRO and SugarCRM will help to optimize inventory, streamline supply chain and manufacturing processes, and empower additional revenue opportunities. The solution delivers two-way information sharing from both platforms, combining SYSPRO’s transactional and catalog data with SugarCRM’s AI-powered customer engagement and analysis capabilities.
The offering will arm sales teams with real-time access to ERP data through the CRM system, allowing them to verify product availability and process orders with greater efficiency. The integration also provides sales and customer service departments with up-to-date inventory information, empowering them to deliver accurate product information—including availability and delivery timeframes to prevent stockouts and over-promising, according to the companies.
