Prosperoware and NetDocuments Announce Technology Partnership

Prosperoware, an enterprise software company delivering technology for legal and professional services, and NetDocuments, a SaaS document and email management (DMS) provider for law firms and corporate legal departments, have formed a technology partnership. The two companies are focusing their joint efforts on the integration of the cloud-based document management and automated ethical wall and confidentiality management solutions.

According to the vendors, the ability to ensure compliance and monitoring of firms’ confidentiality, security, and privacy processes is now a primary feature of Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), and, as matter teams have evolved to become more dynamic, firms are moving from legacy technologies to modern platforms designed to address the new market challenge.

This partnership brings together Prosperoware’s Milan, an InfoGov platform, with NetDocuments’ native cloud-based DMS. The combination, the companies say, will enable dynamic matter teams to work and collaborate more seamlessly while also addressing the requirement to lock down data and ensure security and compliance needs are met.

Prosperoware’s Milan InfoGov (IG) is a comprehensive ethical wall, information barrier, and confidentiality management platform with a modern architecture that compartmentalizes data and teams. This allows firms to secure information by limiting access to client data to only those working on each matter.

NetDocuments provides cloud-based document management and offers security, encryption, and compliance solutions that come built-in to its cloud-based document and email management service.
