New Adobe Sign Integrates with Adobe Marketing Cloud to Help Organizations Go Digital

To help eliminate the difficulty of manual, paper-based processes for enrollment, onboarding, and servicing of customers, Adobe has unveiled the first integration between Adobe Sign and Adobe Marketing Cloud. According to the vendor, Adobe Sign (formerly Document Cloud eSign services) offers an upgraded mobile app experience, and works with Adobe Experience Manager Forms - part of Adobe Marketing Cloud – to help organizations go digital across documents, credit card applications, government benefit forms and medical forms, and other paperwork.

Adobe is also adding new Document Cloud storage integrations with Box and Microsoft OneDrive to make it easier to access and work on PDF files from anywhere, as well as new features for Adobe Acrobat DC subscribers. Integration of Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader, and Adobe Sign with Box simplify document workflows, as well as e-signature processes for enterprises, said Adobe. The new integration will enable Adobe and Box users to quickly access and save files from Adobe apps, edit PDFs directly from Box, and speed business with e-signatures. And, throughintegration with Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader and Microsoft OneDrive, organizations can access and work on PDF files stored in OneDrive directly from within the Adobe apps.

Adobe Sign also seeks to improve a user’s experience with Salesforce Lightning user experience across any device, and there is also support for customizing the app with the drag-and-drop interface of Salesforce Lightning Components, as well as new features such as signing groups and hybrid signing order.

Additional integrations have also been added to furth expand the Adobe Sign ecosystem across common enterprise solutions such as business process automation, contract lifecycle management and enterprise resource planning and include Advanced Software Concepts (ASC), Buildium, McKesson Contract Manager, Namely, Oracle, SciQuest, SpringCM, and ThinkSmart.

Finally, Adobe said that it is rolling out new data centers and meeting the EU’s stringent legal requirements as part of a global expansion that will continue through 2016.
