Metalogix Enhances Partner Program to Accelerate Move to Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 Cloud

Metalogix, a provider of unified software to migrate, manage and secure content across enterprise collaboration platforms, has introduced enhancements to its Metalogix Advantage Partner Program (MAPP) to help enable system integrators (SIs) establish a repeatable and successful Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 content migration practice.

The new program includes Metalogix’s Business-in-a-Box, a starter kit that contains the information, training and content an SI requires to establish and maintain a data migration practice.

According to the vendor, Business-in-a-Box accelerates the move to SharePoint 2016 and Office 365 by providing simplified setup, which helps to easily connect to SharePoint farms, sites, or databases based on each project’s migration scope; no server-site installation for direct connection to SharePoint 2013 and 2016 on-premises farm or SharePoint Online (SPO) site collection using Microsoft’s API; options to provide flexibility and granularity of control; and assessment and analysis tools and guidelines. It also enables migration while keeping current SharePoint installations running to minimize user impact.

The newly enhanced MAPP is one of three options to leverage Metalogix solutions for content migration, management and security on-premises and into the cloud.  In addition, Metalogix’s Microsoft-approved FastTrack for Office 365 solution is available for customers with more than 150 seats and an eligible Office 365 plan. Metalogix and Microsoft Consulting Services also offer a joint solution for SharePoint migration to Office 365 and SPO.
