Experts discuss digital transformation trends

- The hardest part of DX is organizational, not technical

- The front office is taking center stage in DX
- Most efforts have a top-down plan

High on the list of companies’ priorities for DX technologies are data analytics, content management, and information data management and governance.
However, change Management is seen as the number one obstacle to the success of Digital Transformation Projects, according to Council and Johnson.
