Docxonomy Announces Intelligent Search and File Management Solution
Docxonomy, an intelligent search platform, has announced the formal worldwide launch of its comprehensive intelligent search and file management solution.
Built by a team of content management experts with decades of experience in the field, Docxonomy helps businesses to find, use, and share all their content—from mission-critical documents, presentations, and emails to rich media files such as images and videos—across the entire company.
Docxonomy users can search all their in-house repositories such as file shares, document management systems, and personal desktops without having to move any files from their existing locations. In addition, Docxonomy can also search across cloud-based systems such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Google’s G-Suite/Drive, and Dropbox or allow users to directly upload, store, and manage files in the Docxonomy cloud.
With most content produced by businesses is unstructured and located in Microsoft Word documents, emails, instant messages, memos, PDFs, audio, and video files, said Bryan Reynolds, founder and CEO at Docxonomy, pointing out that the problem is that this valuable information is useless if it can’t be easily located.
Using AI and natural language processing technology, Reynolds explained, Docxonomy identifies document types, and discrete entities and concepts from these file types, and structures these files for easy consumption within a secure and confidential environment, enabling large-scale search for business users in their everyday lives.
Future cloud connectors will include Office 365, Salesforce, Slack, and others.
