DataStax and Publicis.Sapient Partner to Bring E-Commerce Solution to Microsoft Azure

DataStax and Publicis.Sapient are launching Rapid Commerce in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online store providing applications and services for use on Microsoft Azure.

The Rapid Commerce solution is a fully cloud-native, microservices and “headless” architecture-based digital commerce platform accelerator.

Publicis.Sapient and DataStax customers can now take advantage of the scalability, high availability, and security of Azure, with streamlined deployment and management.

The Rapid Commerce solution is an out-of-the-box toolkit to quickly get large retailers up on to a modern commerce platform.

Rapid Commerce delivers the agility, measurability, and flexibility modern retailers demand as they move into the “right-now economy” via highly personalized commerce platforms. The solution helps to:

  • Reach new customers
  • Grow product offerings
  • Provide better service
  • Increase loyalty
  • Reduce overhead

Rapid Commerce will help enterprises manage business-critical e-commerce applications in an increasingly complex, cloud-driven technology landscape,  said Matt Rollender, VP of Global Business Development at DataStax.

The Azure Marketplace is an online market for buying and selling finished Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications and premium datasets. The Azure Marketplace helps connect companies seeking innovative, cloud-based solutions with partners who have developed solutions that are ready to use.
