Coveo launches enterprise-ready GenAI for accurate, relevant question-answering

Finishing up its period of Beta testing with various enterprises, Coveo Generative Answering can now help organizations deliver relevant, timely information to those who need it most. 

Coveo Generative Answering sits atop the Coveo AI Search Platform, merging the power of LLMs with Coveo’s unified indexing and relevance capabilities. The solution delivers relevant and accurate answering while maintaining a content-agnostic, scalable, secure, and traceable system. 

Additionally, Coveo Relevance Generative Answering offers composite abstracts from both internal and external content sources, broadening the scope of its answer delivery. 

With Coveo’s launch of the Relevance Generative Answering Design Partner Program earlier this year, various customers—including Informatica, Synopsys, VMware, Xero, and Zoom Communications—have helped propel the AI solution forward, demonstrating its business value.
