Coveo and Sitecore Introduce Coveo for Sitecore Enterprise Cloud Edition

Coveo, a provider of search technologies, and Sitecore, a provider of experience management software, are jointly announcing new capabilities to improve and personalize digital customer experiences on websites using Sitecore.

According to the vendors, the new Coveo for Sitecore Enterprise Cloud Edition, launched at the Sitecore Symposium, includes intelligent search- and machine learning-powered product and content recommendations for all Sitecore websites, as well as native integration to Sitecore Commerce.

Coveo Enterprise Cloud also now provides the technology to securely push on-premise content to the Coveo cloud in real time.

With the integration of Sitecore Commerce and Coveo Reveal, an app for predictive insights based on machine learning and analytics, the new cloud offering enables e-commerce and enterprise websites to provide contextual, predictive recommendations based on the behavior of both the individual and all site visitors, faster and with more relevance than before.

In addition, behavioral analytics inform machine-learning technologies which can self-tune relevance and return predictive recommendations for products, services, content, and offers to provide contextually relevant content to visitors and shoppers. 

Together, the companies say, the combination of cloud scale, intelligent search, predictive analytics, and machine learning technologies is aimed at delivering greater personalization and more targeted product and content recommendations for customers.
