CoSo Cloud strategic partnership with Class Technologies delivers FedRAMP security certification for Class

CoSo Cloud, provider of secure private-cloud managed services for high-consequence virtual learning and training, and Class Technologies Inc., innovators of teaching, training, and learning tools for Zoom, are announcing their collaboration directed towards creating and supporting secure and compliant environments for training endeavors. The strategic partnership enables CoSo to supply FedRAMP Moderate and DISA Impact Level 2 security and compliance to Class Technologies’ namesake software, as well as acting as a Class reseller for CoSo customers.

Class by Class Technologies creates a live, virtual environment equipped with best practice virtual learning tools—such as streamlined resource sharing, improved breakout rooms, course templating, holistic reporting, as well as business and learning tool integration—to invite efficiency and efficacy into the virtual learning world.

“CoSo Cloud's platform secures online meetings and virtual classroom training sessions, protects sensitive data and high-consequence briefings, and meets or exceeds the rigorous government regulatory requirements,” said Glen D. Vondrick, CEO of CoSo Cloud. “We are delighted to be working with Class Technologies Inc. to deliver FedRAMP-level security to Class and ultimately our customers. This is a huge milestone that reflects our commitment to provide better corporate and federal learning solutions.”

With FedRAMP certification, Class is endorsed and authorized for highly secure and reliable government agency cloud migration. This security is delivered by CoSo to Class via the CoSO Secure Private Cloud Platform, issuing enhanced support for the rigorous security requirements necessary for federal organizations seeking effective virtual classrooms.

“Class is excited to leverage CoSo’s deep knowledge of the corporate and federal learning and development market,” said Michael Chasen, co-founder and CEO of Class. “With our recent acquisition of Blackboard Collaborate, now known as Class Collaborate, we have an even larger footprint in the government sector, which serves to strengthen our commitment to providing a solution with emphasis on security and protection of federal information.”
