AgreeYa Solutions releases updates that strengthen app performance for SharePoint

AgreeYa Solutions is launching QuickApps 6.16, an updated version of its SharePoint no-code application development and customization solution, introducing advanced data organization and customizable configurations to allow enterprises to further optimize the SharePoint platform.

QuickApps eliminates the need for costly coding and added resources, which enables organizations to reduce costs and create applications and automations with an 80% faster turnaround time, according to the vendor.

Designed to streamline operations and improve organizational processes, it consolidates data from enterprise application systems and external sources into SharePoint to satisfy business requirements.

“QuickApps has been a proven solution for the more than 250 customers that have been using it for 12+ years to save resources, time, and money by avoiding costly custom-coding efforts and instead leveraging simple point-and-click configurations,” said Ajay Kaul, managing partner of AgreeYa Solutions. “The new version of QuickApps 6.16 includes helpful and efficient features for users that increase productivity, such as improved data aggregation and analysis with the use of customized list and chart views and a parent-child relationship regulating access to certain groups.”

Other key features added to the newest version include:

  • Enhanced data organization in qListView: Create custom KPI indicators using provided icons and percentage progress bars. Users can summarize, sort, group, reorganize and aggregate selected data as a pivot table, display as a pivot chart or export in .docx format. Current records can easily be added, deleted or edited with the Quick Edit feature.
  • Efficient performance features in qChartView: Enables users to conditionally format nodes of an organization chart. It also allows users to view large charts without page scrolls to ensure quick rendering of data.
  • Ability to group by field in qChart View: Users can group people based on their department, title and location. Certain users can now be excluded from specific groups with the exclusion tab.
  • Keyword search optimization: Results can be shown based on the fields with keyword and selected operator. Other fields will not be considered in the search criteria and will be excused automatically if no value has been provided.
  • Read-only field: Field type has been added to the display fields configuration so users do not have to access the list setting page to verify the field type.
  • Improved configuration in qCalendarView: The appearance of the field name section has now been defined as a drop-down list with the available selections.
