Agora Analytics 3.0 gives developers insight into audio and video quality

  • Data Insights – A powerful tool for reporting and retrospective analysis enabling developers to understand all important dimensions of the performance of their service over time, leveraging intelligent data visualizations.
  • Monitoring – With the monitoring dashboard, developers and operators can view the current health of all active sessions around the globe in a single dashboard which includes concurrent users and channels, video and audio fluency, freeze ratio, network latency and other valuable metrics.
  • Alert Notifications – Operators receive immediate notification of problems or potential problems via their preferred channels when key performance metrics reach configurable thresholds or when anomalies are detected by Agora’s AI engine.
