Danish organization chooses AI to improve contract management
Djøf—a professional association in Denmark for graduates and students studying law, business economics and political and social sciences—has chosen an artificial intelligence (AI) solution to enhance contract review and analysis.
Djøf has selected the RAVN ACE platform, which combines information processing and AI technologies to provide management, discovery, analysis and governance of unstructured corporate data. It also can classify, search and extract information from documents and other unstructured data.
With a database of tens of thousands of employment contracts, Djøf needed to be able to locate those contracts as well as specific data within them. RAVN ACE will help Djøf automatically search, compare and extract specific information from contracts, providing an instant understanding of key terms, further improving and streamlining service to its members.
Ole Møller, VP at Djøf, says, “As a trusted adviser and negotiation partner, we wanted to have firsthand experience of AI technology so we can advise on how it will change the workplace over the coming years to ensure we’re offering the most appropriate advice to our clients.”
Mads Carstensen, head of the public sector division at Djøf, explains, “After looking at several AI solutions, we selected RAVN because they were the only supplier with a complete platform that was able to deliver on both our current and future requirements. Having a transformative tool to compare our contract estate to a cross-section in the Danish market is a really powerful tool that will help further revolutionize our services.”
