Integrify forms SOX alliance
Integrify (formerly Buoy 5) and Visage Solutions have formed an alliance they say will help customers comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act while improving financial and operational performance.
The companies say that combining Visage Solutions' SingleVue methodology, consulting services and training with Integrify's compliance software products offers customers a set of tools for managing the foundation of any compliance effort and business process.
In October 2003, Integrify announced the general availability of Integrify Clarity, the first version of which was designed to address Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley. Visage also offers other Sarbanes-Oxley-related services including OpsAudit and SingleVue Compliance Process Improvement Services, supporting Sections 301, 302, 404, 406, 409, 802 and 806.
