Eccentex releases AppBase 5.0

Dynamic case management solution provider Eccentex has announced the launch of AppBase 5.0, a cloud-based platform-as-a-service offering that features advanced creation tools and AppTemplates for business analysts.

The company says AppBase 5.0 permits quick assembly of case management applications with less coding, relying instead on the use of widgets and wizards and a new graphical business process designer as well as the ability to create pages at any complexity without rules.

AppBase 5.0 includes AppTemplates (Incident, Investigation and Service Request) that are built on top of the platform for a simpler way to create and modify dynamic case management application by customers. Each template has been engineered to be completely customizable to meet each detailed need of the user. Advanced and improved tools include: new business process designer, new page builder, new rule generator and a new page filter.

AppBase 5.0 also features drag-and-drop tools as well as sample case types to simplify building and designing cases. Simplifying the delivery solution entails providing wizards that enable the analyst to execute lower level modifications.
