DotNetNuke debuts The DNN Store

DotNetNuke (DNN) introduces The DNN Store, the world’s only commercial marketplace for open source Web content management systems (WCMS). Formerly known as Snowcovered, the Store offers more than 10,000 supported extensions, modules, apps and designs from hundreds of vendors. Major improvements have been made in the DNN Store interface to streamline the shopping and buying experience for developers, business professionals, designers and digital agencies that need to quickly and affordably augment out-of-the-box capabilities found in the DotNetNuke platform.

In addition to new branding, the Snowcovered site has been completely redesigned and rewritten on the latest version of the DotNetNuke platform. The new interface makes it simpler for customers to shop, purchase and install exactly the designs and extensions they need. Along with improved navigation, menus and friendly URLS, site search has been upgraded, making it faster and easier to find the right components. Simplified screens make it easier for vendors to create, edit and publish product listings, ensuring that products in the DNN Store are the most current. Vendors also have more extensive profile pages on the site, enhancing their marketing reach and giving buyers more confidence in their offerings.
